Diatool offers reamer re-tipping services that will significantly increase the lifetime value of your reamer. A re-tipped reamer will perform the same as a new tool at around half of the cost. Diatool does not place a limit on the number of times a reamer can be re-tipped as long as the tool body is intact. This significantly extends the lifetime of the tool, which brings down the total cost of ownership.
Diatool can re-tip many monoblock style reamers, cutting rings and modular reamers from most major competitors.
Re-tipping options/capabilities include: Left-hand and right-hand helix, straight fluted, face cutting and multiple geometries.

Elliott Tool Technologies offers a carbide roll replacement program for their line of carbide roll burnishing tools.
When carbide rolls start to wear, surface finish and tool performance become compromised. Instead of purchasing a completely new tool or new carbide roll, we can swap your used roll at roughly 2/3 the cost of a new one. This can be done multiple times, expanding the life of your tool, and bringing you even more value.
